Does undergraduate accounting courses count toward qualified accounting units for the CPA exam?

Okay I already graduated college in Marketing so Im back in school cause I want to become a CPA. To take the CPA exam one of the requirements is: 24 semester units in accounting.
Now does undergraduate accounting courses count towards that? (Example: Intro to managerial and financial accounting). Reason I ask: if you DO include the undergrad acct courses, I only need 2 classes next quarter to sit for the exam, if not, I;ll have to sign up for those 2 plus something else like acct law (i already took business law and the university said business law doesnt count as “an accounting course” or in other words they are 2 totally different classes). Anyone know? Anyone similar situation as me?
oh i live in california btw.

I am not good with computers, so i am not sure on where to start with an idea like this. I need microsoft or facebook help or anyone with web site building experience or just some direction. Where do i start?? Who do I contact?? Any ideas would be helpful.
